Shipping Policy (UK Deliveries)

Thank you for choosing OcuBella we’re delighted to deliver your eye wellness journey right to your doorstep.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch

  • Express Delivery (optional): 1–2 business days from dispatch

All delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Free on orders over £75)

  • Express Delivery: £6.95

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Simply follow the link to view the most up-to-date delivery status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact our customer care team at support@ocubella.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave your parcel in a safe location, attempt redelivery, or leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery at your convenience.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@ocubella.com, and we’ll ensure the issue is swiftly resolved.

Pre-Orders and Delays

In the rare event of a shipping delay or pre-order item, we will notify you promptly via email with updated delivery estimates.
