Step 1: Prepare Your Eyes

Ensure your face is clean and dry, free from creams or oils. For optimal results, gently cleanse your eyelid margins with a lid wipe or mild cleanser to remove debris.

Step 2: Power On the Device

Press and hold the power button until the device turns on. Select your preferred therapy mode heat, vibration, EMS, or LED light or enjoy a combination.

Step 3: Adjust Settings to Comfort

Choose your heat level (between 38°C and 45°C) and EMS intensity (three levels available). Ocubella allows customisation based on your sensitivity and needs.

Step 4: Begin the Massage

Place the wand gently at the inner corner of your eyelid. Glide it slowly outward toward the ear in a smooth, nose-to-temple motion.

Lower eyelid: 2 minutes

Upper eyelid: 2 minutes

Repeat on the other eye.

Step 5: Complete and Clean

Power off the device. Wipe the massage head with a soft, dry cloth. Store in a clean, dry place until next use.

Use once or twice daily for consistent relief and long-term eye wellness.

Use before applying makeup or at night before bed for best results.

DO NOT use with contact lenses in. Remove them beforehand.

Always follow with hydration—drink water or use preservative-free eye drops if needed.

Please do not use Ocubella if you:

• Have any active eye infections, such as conjunctivitis (pink eye) or styes

• Are experiencing recent eye surgery (within the past 3 months), including LASIK or cataract procedures

• Suffer from severe ocular rosacea or skin conditions affecting the eyelids
  
• Have unhealed wounds, cuts, or abrasions on or near the eyelid area

• Use a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device (EMS may interfere)

• Experience known sensitivity to heat, light therapy, or electrical stimulation

• Have epilepsy or are prone to seizures triggered by light or vibration

To ensure your Ocubella experience is as safe and soothing as it is effective, please keep the following precautions in mind:

• Always remove contact lenses before using the device.

• Use on clean, dry skin free from oils, lotions, or makeup to prevent residue buildup.

• Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin around the eyes

• Start with the lowest EMS setting to assess skin sensitivity, and increase gradually if comfortable.

• Do not use the device while sleeping, driving, or bathing.
  
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, irritation, or dizziness, and consult a healthcare provider.
